Nocturne Cheesecake (Large Cake)

An exclusive, luxurious cheesecake inspired by Polish literature and the timeless nocturnes of Frédéric Chopin. The Nocturne Cheesecake brings together layers of rich and creamy honey-walnut cheesecake and moist plum-cocoa sponge, generously packed with imported prunes. The creation is crowned with a delicate layer of Belgian dark chocolate and handcrafted 3D chocolate oak leaf decorations dusted with edible gold, creating a sophisticated centrepiece for celebrations and distinguished occasions.

Created for the Embassy of Poland in collaboration with Defence Bakery (since 1962).
